A Therapy Approach Built
Around You

I work integratively, meaning sessions are adapted to your individual needs rather than following a rigid structure.

My work draws from:

  • Person-Centred Therapy

  • CBT

  • Psychodynamic approaches

  • Relational therapy

  • Humanistic approaches

Whether you are looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, sessions provide a confidential and supportive space where we can explore whatever feels important to you.

What Happens in the First Session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy.

We will discuss:

  • Your current difficulties

  • Your personal history

  • Relationships and support systems

  • Goals for therapy

  • Any patterns causing distress

There is no pressure to share everything immediately. Therapy moves at your pace.

By the end of the session, we should both have a clearer understanding of whether we feel the counselling relationship is the right fit moving forward.
